Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on defective or damaged products, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with proof (picture or video) of the defective/damaged items, and we will send a replacement item immediately.
For a full refund, you will have to return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

How soon will I get my exchange?
